Delta Pi Epsilon annually presents an award for the best published research by a current DPE member. The publication can be submitted for the award by any DPE member. To be eligible, the publication must meet these requirements:

• published in 2009 in any review board or editor refereed journal.
• cover a topic that advances any area of business education.
• be authored or co-authored by at least one current DPE member.
• submitted to the Research Awards chair by March 1, 2010.

The award will be presented at the DPE National Conference in November, 2010.

Please nominate that special paper you read that you particularly enjoyed. Not only will the award recognize the researcher but also it will bring good research to the attention of other business educators. Tell your DPE friends and colleagues about the new criteria for the Independent Research Award
